Return & Exchanges
Our policy is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied and happy
with our invitations, so we will arrange returns in certain circumstances.
Please follow the

Returns and exchanges are only acceptable under the following conditions:
* All return requests due to incorrect shipments must be reported and
approved by us within two business days of receipt of the shipment.
* If the invitations are printed in different texts than the preview you
approved, returns or exchanges are accepted.
* Invitations must be in new condition, you can open them, but please be
careful not to damage the items or leave marks on them.
* No credit will be given for items damaged due to shipping issues and
other circumstances beyond our control. The cargo company is responsible for
cargo negligence and you demand compensation from the cargo company for
damages.
Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for return.
Returns due to color problems due to color differences in computer monitors
are not accepted, so you should consider that there is a slight color
difference between your actual proofs and the color you see on screen. Your
printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color
card, but due to the special nature of the printing, these colors may change
over time and may not be exactly the same. Remember that while the color
doesn't always match exactly, we make sure that every order looks good and the
color will look good! We check every order carefully before shipping, but if
there is something wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as
possible and we'll gladly fix it for you!
